In order for a swimmer to be able to take part in a gala, their entry needs to be accompanied by an official who has attended the required course. 
Continued non-compliance will result in a swimmer not being permitted to participate in a gala.
 
Gala entries are submitted using Google forms via the link/s below. You will need a valid Google (gmail) account to complete the form.
All gala entries need to be accompanied by a proof of payment deposited into the Barracudas Aquarama bank account as detailed below.
